Hulaki is a field mapping and group chat app provided by an individual as a personal, non-commercial project. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. The app may contain errors, may be unavailable at times, and may change or stop working without notice.
Location data, maps, and messages in the app can be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Do not rely on the app for navigation, emergency, safety of life, legal, or other critical purposes.
You are responsible for the observations, messages, photos, and locations you share and for the groups you create or join. Do not use the app to break the law or to share content you do not have the right to share. Because message content is end to end encrypted, the operator cannot read or moderate it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of accuracy, or the actions of other users. You use the app at your own risk.
As a personal project, the app and these terms may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
